Happy 2012!
You know, I'm always amazed at how much time flies by before I realize I haven't had a chance to do any crafting for myself! It has been since mid-November since I last posted, 2 months ago!! Wow...it's definitely been busy!
Well, this week's sports challenge was in timing with us needing a Basketball Coach thanks card, so I decided it's a perfect time to play along. Check out the challenge at My Creative Time with Emma www.creativetimeforme.com
This one was fun & easy to make, and will work great for my little 2nd graders basketball coach.
Have a wonderful week...hopefully, I'll find more "me" crafting time :)

Challenge::Throwback Thursday on My Creative Time with Emma
Bummer....I didn't make the design team on My Creative Time With Emma but because I entered I do get to be featured as a guest designer :) Woohoo, that will be super fun!
Down to business...I've decided to work with the Throwback Thursday challenge on Emma's site http://www.creativetimeforme.com/. She is "Sneek Peeking" her newest stamp & die releases this week. The stamps & dies will be available for purchase this Friday...they really are great stamps, wish I could get ahold of ALL of them!
For this weeks challenge, I have a new niece and hopefully we will get to visit her later this week...which means I need a baby card! Perfect for a "kid friendly" challenge! I used the B is for Boy cartridge on this one, just love that onsie! Cartridges used: Smiley (card base), George (circle), B is for Boy (onsie & duck)

My Creative Time's::DESIGN TEAM CALLOUT!!
I have been patiently awaiting this opportunity! --My Creative Time with Emma is having a DESIGN TEAM CALLOUT!!! Check out her site at http://www.creativetimeforme.com/
I would absolutely LOVE to be a part of Emma's design team --what a fantastic opportunity this would be!!! Emma has been an inspiration to me and my crafting! Before I even had a Gypsy, I was always watching her videos, so when I purchased mine I knew how to use it as soon as I took it out of the package. She has a fantastic line of stamps & dies....I wish I could pick up all of them, if only my budget allowed!! I decided to showcase the Whimsical Calendar Days set for my entry. This is such a fun set!!!

Hoppy Birthday Cards
Bitten By The Bug2 http://heather-bittenbythebug.blogspot.com is hosting a frog challenge.
Thought this would be a fun challenge, working with the frog on the Create A Critter cartridge.
I just love all these animals on this cartridge! I decided to make little cards to send with my Kindergartener to school on days of her classmates birthdays. She helped me make the little frogs & then we added a little treat to each card for the classmates special day. She will be signing all the little froggy cards too. Love how they turned out.
